Most of the time, the independent hospitality and restaurant  entrepreneur, "flies solo"...



Traditionaly, there is not much Help to guide them into succesfully entering the field.


I remember, years ago, meeting disenchanted hotels owners that were leasing their properties after first year of operation.


Also, many restaurants didn't pass the rule: 

               "first 5 years = 80% failure rate"!


In 1999, I retired from international  hotel chains, to start my own independent hotel;

At the same time, I decided, to initiate HotelConsult  to help my colleagues in the Americas  and Caribbean islands.

Now we are also helping - Independent Hospitality & Restaurant Entrepreneurs in Western Africa and Middle East!
