PROJECTS: CONCEPT, DESIGN, PRE-OPENING

Construction:

We assess the building construction - weekly Progress Report - for last minute improvement changes, milestones and critical path end date.

 

Pre-opening:

We receive the buildings from the contractors and proceed with the opening!

 

Equipment specifications—FF&E and OS:

We specify the best available furniture, equipment, utensils, supplies, disposables are also listed and quantified for your operation.

We develop your Project and define all Nine Areas of PPM

Scope:

We exactly define purpose of the Project;

What IS included and what IS NOT included— in the Project!

 

Time:

A complete Project calendar, partial and final products—delivery dates for each.

 

Cost:

Estimation of all costs involved, Project Budget and disbursement dates.
